Certificate of Liability (C.O.I.) Building Coverage NYC Moving is covered by $2 million of building insurance. Before your relocation, we advise our clients to check with their building management and agent to verify if proof is required. We provide (C.O.I.) immediately with out any additional cost.

Valuation Cargo Coverage

This coverage is included at no extra cost and provides you with the standard 30 cents per pound per article for local moving and 60 cents per pound per article for long distance relocations.

Full Replacement of Itemized Value Protection Plan

To avoid a conflict of interest and the best coverage of your valuables, we have selected to have a third party insurance companies who are experts in their field; we have several reliable options.
